I've been (mostly) keeping to my resolutions, how about you? If you remember, I have created a year long resolutions list, in January it was to drink a smoothie a day, in February to do Yoga a day, and in March to 'Spring Clean' the flat.
I know I know that drink I am drinking in the photo above does not look very green smoothie like!! That is because it isn't, it is, in fact, a coke float (you know, the entirely unhealthy drink consisting of coke with a huge dollop of vanilla ice cream dropped in); I don't normally drink coke, it makes me feel icky, but I decided to splurge and take a nostalgic trip back to my childhood when coke floats were the go!
But how did my smoothie drinking go in January I hear you ask? It went well! There were a few days missed, but generally I kept it up and I am keeping it up as the months go on.
How did my yoga work-out a day go in February? A bit the same as the smoothie month, most days were yoga-fied, but a few days were missed, either because I had done a walk that day, or because I was away all day with work and couldn't quite manage to squeeze a work-out in.
And now that we are into March I am working through the flat for a major springclean ... I'll let you know how that goe
