I am a keynote speaker, workshop lead, writer, and consultant around all things disability, inclusion, and allyship. I use my lived experience as a disabled woman, competing at the Paralympics, and my disability activism to inform all of my work and educate non-disabled people on what disability is and most importantly how to be a better ally.
